At Migatron, we stand behind the quality of our sensors and want customers to feel confident in their purchase decisions. If a product isn’t the right fit for your application, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, include all original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Once received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets these requirements.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Migatron error.

Please package the item securely to prevent damage in transit. Once the shipment is sent, email our support team with the tracking information so we can monitor its arrival. We will begin processing the return as soon as the product is received and inspected.
Products manufactured by Migatron Corporation are warranted against defects of material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Any product that fails in normal use and service within such period will be repaired or replaced by Migatron at no charge for materials or labor. The seller’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the above and does not apply to replacement or repairs, which are required as the result of improper installation, misuse, maladjustment, abnormal operating conditions, or lack of routine maintenance or problems arising from other causes. No claims for labor or other expenses will be recognized. This warranty is in lieu of, and to the exclusion of, all other warranties. The seller shall not be liable for any claims, losses, labor expenses or damages, direct or consequential, resulting directly or indirectly from the use of, or inability to use, its products. Equipment not of Migatron’s manufacture will carry the Vendor’s or Manufacturer’s standard warranty.
This warranty does not apply to products that are outside the warranty period; returned without following Migatron’s warranty procedures; subjected to electrical, mechanical, chemical, or environmental damage due to improper, accidental, or negligent use; modified or altered; repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than Migatron authorized personnel; damaged due to accidents or natural events. Migatron may refuse warranty service or dispose of any returned product that shows evidence of hazardous contamination or remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after the customer has been contacted for disposition. This warranty is the sole warranty offered by Migatron. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy for breach, and Migatron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No representative is authorized to modify this warranty. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
